Shaping Zone was established in 2006 and is one of the first Yoga and Pilates studios in Armenia that provides services exclusively for women. Shaping Zone offers various services, which could be grouped into sportive (Yoga, Pilates and fitness), artistic (dances classes), beautification (make-up and hairdresser) and therapy (massage and sauna) activities.
       The objective of Shaping Zone is to achieve sustainable results through Yoga, cardio-exercising and meditation, coupled with the Pilates method and philosophy that would be maintained and become integral part of women’s life. As our motto we have chosen the words of Joseph Pilates “*After 10 sessions you will feel a difference, after 20 sessions you will see a difference, after 30 sessions you will have a new body”.
       Activities of the studio are aimed at raising awareness of the Armenian women on active healthy lifestyle and involving them in health and fitness programs.

       Our philosophy at the Studio is to provide women with a caring unique, state of the art environment to achieve optimum total body health and physical shaping. Our goal is to be the best facility of it's kind to be the one by which others are judged. We believe that the forming of a strong personality with high self confidence and esteem is important. Our friendly and non-competitive environment in class, encourages ladies to support and care for each other.  As a result, they are able to create strong friendships while learning to respect one another and to be happy for their friends’ success.
       Classes are challenging yet they are taught in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment.
